Medication Management
Psychiatric evaluation, medication initiation, and ongoing monitoring. We take time to understand how a medication is actually working in your life — not just on paper — and adjust collaboratively.
Rooted in resilience • Designed for growth
Sisna Mental Health offers compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care from the comfort of your home. Led by Crystal Lee, DNP, APRN, PMHNP, we provide medication management, psychotherapy, and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages.
Sisna — she who blooms in chaos. — origin of the name
Growth doesn't wait for calm. The people we work with don't come to us because life has finally settled — they come because they're ready to tend to themselves in the middle of everything else.
Sisna Mental Health was built on that truth. The name honors the resilience of anyone who has kept growing through hard seasons — and our work is for all who bloom in chaos, whatever form that takes.
Crystal is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas. She is dedicated to helping individuals feel supported, understood, and confident in their mental health journey. She provides care across the lifespan, specializing in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning for conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma-related concerns.
With experience in the operating room, inpatient child and adolescent behavioral health, and outpatient settings, Crystal takes a well-rounded approach to care. Her style is warm, collaborative, and focused on practical solutions. She treats the whole person by understanding their experiences, stressors, and daily life, while combining evidence-based care with open communication and a judgment-free environment.
Schedule with CrystalEvery Sisna patient gets a thorough evaluation and a treatment plan built for them — not a template. Visits are secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions.
